Why Use a Mortgage Broker?
- As your mortgage broker, I have access to current discounted rate updates from over 40 different lenders.
- I will negotiate the best rates available to you, potentially saving you thousands of dollars in interest over the term of your mortgage.
- I will aid in facilitating the whole procedure of obtaining your mortgage, from application, to property appraisals.
- I will make you aware of the various costs you can expect when purchasing a home.
- With so many mortgage options these days, having a broker on your side that has access to instant rate updates from dozens of lending institutions is the key to saving you time, stress and money!
- By providing my clients valuable information, I will remove the guess work and ensure they are well informed during the entire process.
Note: If your mortgage term is expiring soon, you will be free to renegotiate with any lender you choose without penalty. When you get notice from your current lender that your mortgage is up for renewal, don't just assume they are going to give you the best rate. Call your mortgage broker!
Is there a cost to using a Mortgage Broker?
As a mortgage broker, I am paid a commission by the lending institutions for providing them my client's mortgage business.
In some cases a fee is charged to clients who require high risk lending. The client would always be made aware of these fees upfront. In most cases there are no fees charged.
